No. Each authorised person should use an individual account so that security, permissions, ownership and audit activity remain accurate.
Credits are service-use entitlements, not money or transferable property. Refund, expiry and carry-forward rules depend on the applicable plan, offer, Refund Policy and mandatory law.
No. Aerlinked provides search, data-access and CRM tools. It does not guarantee replies, qualification, deals, revenue or other commercial outcomes.
Aerlinked may act immediately where reasonably necessary for security, payment integrity, serious misuse, legal compliance or protection of users and systems. For less urgent issues, Aerlinked may provide warning or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Where the feature and your permissions allow it, you may export authorised CRM information. You remain responsible for protecting exported copies and using them lawfully.
The final production Terms must name Aerlinked’s governing law, court jurisdiction and any arbitration seat or rules after legal-entity and counsel review. Those details are intentionally left as visible placeholders in this design.
