This policy applies to every person or organisation using Aerlinked, including free and paid users, administrators, team members, API clients and connected applications.

Use of Aerlinked requires responsible conduct

By accessing Aerlinked, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with this policy, the Terms of Service, privacy notices and applicable law.

Use Aerlinked for genuine business development, relationship management, support or authorised operational activity.

Access to professional and business contact information does not remove your responsibility to use that information lawfully and respectfully.

Use public business information to assess relevance before spending a credit or revealing restricted fields.

Use for genuine B2B purposes

Use lead information only where there is a reasonable connection to your business offering, partnership or professional activity.

Respect objections and opt-outs

Maintain suppression or do-not-contact records and stop direct marketing where an individual objects or applicable law requires it.

Keep records accurate

Do not knowingly retain or act on information you know is materially inaccurate, outdated or misleading.

Do not resell raw data

You may not reproduce, sublicense, republish, resell or create a competing database from Aerlinked records.

Do not infer sensitive traits

Do not use Aerlinked data to infer health, religion, politics, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other sensitive characteristics.

Raw database protection

Aerlinked does not permit users to download, scrape or export the raw lead database. Access is provided through controlled search, preview and unlock workflows.

Account sharing and impersonation are prohibited

Each administrator and user should have their own authorised account. You must not impersonate another person or use credentials obtained without permission.

Plans and credits

Credits must be used through intended workflows

Do not create duplicate accounts, fake referrals or artificial transactions to obtain free or promotional credits.

No circumvention

Do not bypass unlock limits, organisation duplicate protection, plan controls or payment requirements.

No resale

Credits, plans and unlocked access may not be resold, rented or transferred unless Aerlinked expressly allows it.

Fair complaints

Lead-quality refunds must be based on genuine evidence and must not be used to repeatedly recover credits after valid access.

No. Aerlinked does not permit users to download, scrape or reconstruct the raw lead database. Access is provided through controlled search, preview and unlock workflows.
Where export is available, you may export authorised CRM records for lawful business use. You remain responsible for security, legal basis, opt-outs and deletion of exported copies.
Only where the integration is authorised and the outreach remains relevant, lawful, transparent and compliant with anti-spam, privacy and marketing rules. High-volume spam or harassment is prohibited.
